About My Clients
I have provided therapy services to people who have experienced trauma primarily from violence and/or abuse. I have supported clients through a variety of mental health issues, trauma, and life stressors. I have provided individual and group therapy to children, youth, and adults of all ages. My clients experience a wide range of issues that keep them from their full life potential. I look forward to working together to help you discover what that full potential means to you.
My Background and Approach
In my work I strive to create a safe, accepting, and non-judgmental space for clients to process and share life experiences. I incorporate clients feedback with holistic approaches to Best meet a client's goals and needs.. I use a strengths-based and collaborative approach to empower clients in their processing and healing journeys. Whether that journey is learning new healthy coping strategies, exploring past trauma, navigating stressors and issues in day to day life, or all of the above, we will work together.
