My Background and Approach
My areas of clinical focus include anxiety, depression, premarital therapy, couple therapy, women’s issues, religious trauma, grief and life transitions. I use an integrative and evidence-based approach to treatment that includes Solution Focused Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Restoration Therapy & Gottman Interventions.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a clinician, I have enjoyed providing therapy services to individuals, couples, and families of diverse backgrounds in outpatient settings.
