About My Clients
You're stressed, overwhelmed, or just not feeling like yourself anymore. Maybe anxiety keeps you on edge, depression has drained your motivation, or anger is pushing people away. You might be navigating a major life transition and feeling lost in the process. Whether you're a teen figuring out who you are or an adult wondering how things got so hard, you're looking for someone who actually listens. I work with individuals and couples ready to make changes and build the life they want.
My Background and Approach
Life doesn't always go according to plan, and sometimes the weight of anxiety, depression, or major transitions can feel overwhelming. I've worked with people from all walks of life who are struggling with anger, low motivation, grief, and the everyday stressors that pile up until you don't recognize yourself anymore. My approach is straightforward and collaborative—we'll work together to understand what's happening and develop practical strategies that actually fit into your life. I use evidence-based techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness-Based approaches, but I'm not here to give you a one-size-fits-all solution. Every person is different, and your therapy should reflect that. Whether you're a teen navigating identity and school pressures, an adult dealing with career stress or relationship challenges, or a couple trying to reconnect, I meet you where you are without judgment.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone deserves a safe space to be themselves without fear of judgment. As an ally to the LGBTQ+ community. I'm committed to creating an affirming environment where all identities and orientations are respected and celebrated. Your identity isn't something to "work on" in therapy; it's who you are, and my job is to help you navigate life's challenges while honoring that. I believe mental health struggles don't discriminate, and neither should access to quality care. Whether you're dealing with anxiety that keeps you up at night, depression that makes getting out of bed feel impossible, or anger that's affecting your relationships, you're human. I also believe therapy shouldn't feel like another obligation on your to-do list. It should be a space where you can breathe, process, and figure things out at your own pace.
