Founded in patience, empathy, and evidence-based techniques to empower those to find clarity, resilience, and balance, my commitment is to work together to develop a unique therapeutic plan responsive and measurable to where clients are in their life and where they aspire to be. Addressing uncomfortable thoughts and emotions, we will lean in and listen to them and determine what they are telling us.
My Background and Approach
With expertise in stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, addictions, intimacy and self awareness, I offer a safe space to openly explore. My approach can be conservative and direct appealing to clients wanting to be held accountable. I counseled individuals and couples in settings including in-person clinics, behavioral health hospitals and virtual. Together, we identify and address barriers, prevalent and hidden, preventing you from being present resulting in developing a more accepting self. I recognize the different entry points and prior history each client or couple may or may not have with counseling and create a welcoming environment for all. Understanding the importance of a healthy therapeutic relationship, I offer a complimentary 30 mins. session to see if we are a good fit. I am currently accepting new clients for remote and in person services.
