About My Clients
Do you feel stuck - and want to get unstuck but are not sure of what steps to take? I am experienced in helping adults decrease the impact of stress, relationships, communication, depression, anxiety, and/or trauma. I also help people who are living with Tourette Syndrome and other neurodiverse conditions as well as adults who have a family member who is living with chronic conditions such as mania and/or psychosis.
My Background and Approach
I help adults reduce stress, anxiety, depression, and other behavioral health symptoms through collaborative weekly therapy sessions. Together, we explore your strengths, challenges, and patterns that may be keeping you feeling stuck or overwhelmed, and we develop practical coping skills to support meaningful change. My approach uses evidence-based psychotherapy tailored to your individual needs, strengths, and goals. A safe, compassionate, and clearly communicated therapeutic relationship is the foundation of my work, helping you feel supported while building insight, stability, and lasting coping strategies.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Therapy can be challenging work, and my goal is to make it as accessible, practical, and straightforward as possible. I approach therapy from a Rogerian humanistic perspective, believing that individuals are the experts of their own experience and have an inherent capacity for growth and change. My role is to understand you deeply, provide a supportive and collaborative space, and tailor interventions to your needs. Together, we work to identify what helps you feel more grounded, effective, and at peace in your life.
