About My Clients
You’ve probably spent years trying to “hold it together” for everyone else—and it’s wearing you down. Maybe you’re caught in patterns from childhood or struggling in relationships where you feel unseen, unheard, or like you can never quite get it right. Therapy with me is about helping you reconnect with who you’ve always been underneath the pain, pressure, or performance. I work with adults who are navigating anxiety, trauma, identity struggles, and the ripple effects of complex relationships.
My Background and Approach
I bring a relational, trauma-informed lens to therapy, which means I believe healing happens in safe, consistent relationships. Our work might include exploring childhood messages, processing emotional wounds, and practicing new tools for communication, boundaries, and self-worth. I integrate narrative therapy, CBT, and mindfulness to help clients build insight and real-world coping strategies. You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
The people I work with include female, males, Non binary or queer identifying, young adults, Minorities, LGBTQ+ and Couples. I don't believe that therapy should be limited to a one size or place fits all approach. My first goal is bringing my authentic self into the healing space where people can come as they are, knowing they will be accepted and welcomed regardless of identity, diagnosis or issues. I meet people where they are on their healing and growth journey. I use my training to help people meet their goals.
