About My Clients
I enjoy working with a diverse range of people, and challenges. I specialize in working with individuals who feel they may have an attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder (diagnosed or not). I help individuals tap into their strengths and recover from the woundedness that so often accompanies a history of ADHD.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and earned my M.Ed. from the University of Idaho in 2020. I draw from mindfulness practices to create awareness and contemplative therapy to help people rediscover their innate wisdom and intuition, focusing on positivity and possibilities. A nature lover, I also help people to gain support by being present to the many gifts in the natural world.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Creating balance in our lives and connecting with our environment are important aspects of living a fulfilling life. I enjoy assisting individuals in achieving balance and fostering a deeper connection within themselves and their environment. It is my belief that every human being is already whole and complete, having everything within themselves necessary for healing and growth.
