About My Clients
I know that living with addiction, PTSD, or anxiety can feel like carrying an unseen weight that you feel with every step. The stress, the trauma, and the endless push to “just keep going” can leave us feeling desperate, stuck, exhausted, and far from the life we want. Many of the people I meet feel a deep distance from themselves and their loved ones, unsure how to reconnect with the life they once cherished. I believe that healing starts in a space where you feel safe and understood.
My Background and Approach
I take a flexible approach in sessions, allowing space for things to unfold naturally unless there's something specific you'd like to focus on. Some of the most meaningful work happens in those organic moments. When goals are more defined, I draw from CBT, DBT, Jungian perspectives, EMDR, mindfulness, and relational work, always guided by what feels most supportive to you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that every person deserves to be seen, heard, and valued for who they truly are. My approach is affirming and inclusive of all gender identities and sexual orientations. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds, identities, and life experiences. I strive to create a space where authenticity is honored, differences are celebrated, and unconditional positive regard guides every interaction. My goal is to support people in discovering greater self-acceptance, connection, and empowerment as they move toward the life they want to build.
