About My Clients
I work with adults carrying invisible burdens—chronic illness, trauma, anxiety, or shame. Many are thoughtful, high-achieving individuals who’ve learned to override their own needs, leaving them disconnected from body, values, or vitality. Clients often come when survival mode no longer feels sustainable, seeking a more grounded way of living. Together, we create space for compassion, depth, and authentic connection.
My Background and Approach
I am a licensed clinical psychologist and integrative health practitioner with extensive experience in private practice, universities, and community settings. My work is trauma-informed and relational, drawing from depth psychology, mind–body frameworks, CBT, feminist, and interpersonal therapies. I pay close attention to how chronic illness, environmental sensitivities, cultural identity, and systemic pressures shape mental health. In sessions, I bring a steady, compassionate presence, blending practical strategies with deeper exploration. Clients often describe me as collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded. Rather than aiming to “fix,” my approach is to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your needs, values, and sense of possibility. By weaving together clinical expertise with an integrative health lens, I create a space where creativity, and wholeness can emerge.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy is a sacred space for honoring the whole person—body, mind, spirit, and community. Healing unfolds within cultural, environmental, and systemic contexts, and I hold space for how these forces shape identity, health, and belonging. My values of integrity, relational presence, and justice guide every aspect of my practice. I believe each client’s story deserves to be met with dignity, curiosity, and care. I also carry a commitment to sustainability and ecological awareness, recognizing that our environments profoundly shape well-being. Beyond clinical practice, I am inspired by integrative models of health that bridge psychology with body-based wisdom, social justice, and ecological responsibility. I see therapy not only as a path toward relief but as an invitation to embody resilience, meaning, and possibility in the midst of life’s complexity.
