Often, our past informs our present, and it is easy to get stuck in loops of our own suffering. This often presents itself by means of depression, addiction, anxiety, or many other ways we attempt to cope with our inner and external worlds. I believe that as human beings, we are always striving to do the best of our abilities. When we are free to experience inspiration, creativity, and play, we find our purpose, and our meaning. Often to find these spaces, we must engage our hurts, our shame, our anger, and our pain. What does it means to exist as a human being, fully flourishing in life?
