JoAnn, a licensed therapist and founder of Transformational Journeys, has spent over 30 years supporting individuals through life’s challenges. With a background in education, psychology, and specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), JoAnn takes a hands-on approach to creating lasting change. Using techniques grounded in Dr. Joe Dispenza’s NeuroChange Solutions, JoAnn helps clients create deep, sustainable transformation. She works with each person to build new, healthier thought patterns and habits that support lasting growth.
