About My Clients

Learning to change the inner voice to a kinder, more compassionate voice can help reduce feelings of anxiety and depression and improve self-confidence. My Background and Approach
My clients describe me as warm, empathic and genuine. I am responsive and collaborative, letting you determine the pace and direction of our work together. My mission as a therapist is to help you feel more confident and compassionate toward yourself so you can feel like the best version of you. I will help you reduce feelings or symptoms you find bothersome and provide you with tools that will help you cope with difficulties now and into the future. Together we will overcome barriers so you can live an authentic life that is more aligned with your values. I’ve worked extensively in the military/veteran community, in substance use treatment programs and with those struggling with perfectionism and low self-confidence. I am also certified to provide Cognitive Processing Therapy for trauma. My integrative approach can help you understand how thoughts, feelings and behaviors are connected and how you can find compassion for yourself.
