I work with individuals struggling with addiction and trauma develop a deeper understanding of the challenges they're facing and gain a stronger sense of self for an overall happier life. I also work with clients challenged with anxiety and depression to build stronger coping skills. Most of my clients see improved skill development and symptom reduction in our first few sessions!
