Do you worry that you're too sensitive? My Background and Approach
In therapy, you’ll discover the value and uniqueness of being you. Instead of seeing your sensitivity as a weakness, it will become your strength. You can finally stop fighting against yourself and rest, knowing you are welcome in the world, just as you are. I can support you in having a healthy relationship with yourself and the world around you. You'll foster more self-compassion and mindfulness as a daily practice. My goal is to support, guide, and challenge you in your journey towards healing. Dedicate this time to yourself. You deserve it and you don't have to keep struggling alone. I know how incredibly hard the first step can be, and you’re doing it! I am proud of you for considering therapy, and even more, I hope you’re proud of yourself. Many people who struggle with mental health are afraid of being judged by others. In the work we do together, you’ll experience a judgment- free space where you can be your true self.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I offer Ecotherapy because I've experienced the healing power of the natural world and I want to hold space for others to experience it. Nature has so many offerings and lessons for us to learn. It's an opportunity to slow down, tune in, and deeply listen. I support individuals in deepening their relationship with the natural world. Reach out to learn more about this powerful offering.
