About My Clients
I enjoy working with tweens, teens, parents, partners, couples and adults of all ages to build safer relationships. I am LGBTGEQIAP+ identified and enjoy supporting individual and family journeys toward greater understanding of sexual and gender identities. I partner to facilitate safer and more joyful spaces with Transgender and Gender Expansive folks (because we deserve it) and am excited to support open, poly-, ethically non-monogamous and other diverse relationship and identity spaces.
My Background and Approach
Building a safe relationship and effectively communicating and working together toward active goals, objectives, advocacy and activism is at the heart of my person-centered, feminist and multicultural therapeutic space. Your voice is so important here. Let’s keep working toward our individual and collective joy, growth and resilience together! Levels 1 and 2 trained in Gottman Methods Couples Therapy. Open and celebratory as well in working with those in open, polyamorous and other forms of ethically non-monogamous relationships with both professional training and experience. Trained in S.A.F.E. EMDR approaches with individuals and couples. WPATH trained.
