About My Clients
If you feel stuck in patterns you don’t fully understand; patterns that continue to sabotage your sense of safety, ease, or satisfaction, you don’t need fixing, you need deep listening. And you’re not alone. I work with teens, adults, and couples to gently uncover and understand the roots of these patterns, often shaped by early attachment wounds, life transitions, and relational challenges. Together, we can begin the process of untangling what no longer serves you.
My Background and Approach
My approach draws from many schools of thought. From mindfulness and Internal Family Systems to somatic awareness, Jungian dreamwork, and trauma-informed care, I tailor therapy to resonate with your unique inner world. I believe the most effective therapy speaks your language. I specialize in supporting clients through profound life transitions and initiations such as motherhood, postpartum healing, single parenthood, marriage and divorce, career shifts, identity discoveries, and more. I also support those navigating boundary struggles, codependency, perfectionism, inner criticism, shame, and self-contempt. It is my deep belief that even the most painful or overwhelming parts of us—those that show up as depression, rage, anxiety, panic, addiction, or people-pleasing—are asking to be seen, heard, and held. These parts carry stories, wounds, and wisdom. Therapy is a space where we can bring them home within, through compassionate discovery and befriending.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing happens through safe, attuned relationship, and also through building the skills that help us regulate, reflect, and reconnect. My approach is both warm and practical. I work relationally, with curiosity and compassion, while also offering tools drawn from mindfulness, somatic awareness, parts work, and nervous system regulation. I’m especially drawn to helping people better understand their inner world, transform stuck patterns, and move through life transitions with more clarity and care. Whether you're healing attachment wounds, learning to set boundaries, softening perfectionism, or quieting the inner critic, therapy with me offers both insight and integration. I believe in your capacity to shift, grow, and return home to yourself. This work is not about fixing what is broken, but about honoring what has been hurt and helping it feel safe enough to heal.
