My Background and Approach
Jennifer specializes in trauma focused treatment and has worked with the military, veterans, and their families for the last 5 years. She is certified or trained in the following treatments CBT, CPT, and EMDR therapy. All treatment modalities that are researched and proven to show results in processing trauma and showing improvements in a patients symptoms. She also see’s individuals dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, self esteem, and relationship conflict. Jennifer will ensure that you feel supported through out your process and healing journey.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My ideal client is an individual who is willing to be an active participant in therapy and is seeking to change even if they are unsure what that may look like. A person who is looking to learn, grow, and explore to improve over all self development and understand that therapy is a process and not a quick fix.
