Lots of times the way we feel is related to our thoughts. It's helpful to look at your thoughts to determine if they're rational or irrational, helpful or harmful. By sorting out your thoughts and changing your way of thinking you can decrease anxiety and stress.
I have extensive training in DBT from people who were trained directly from the founder of DBT, Marsha Linehan. I help teach my clients the skills of DBT so that they can decrease distress, better regulate their emotions, and have improved interpersonal relationships.
