About My Clients
I have provided counseling for a variety of mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, and borderline personality disorder. I also help people who are going through a difficult time whether that be due to life changes, relationship or family issues, and grief and loss. I can provide telehealth for people who reside in KS, MO, CA, and FL.
My Background and Approach
I obtained my Masters in Social Work from the University of Kansas in 2002. I started out by working in the Emergency Room of a Psychiatric Hospital. I have since worked in a variety of mental health settings with all ages. I am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and operate from the Strengths Perspective.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I operate from a non-judgemental stance and am here to listen and validate. My goal is to provide you with skills so that you can live a happier and more fulfilled life.
