About My Clients

I help adults ready to break free from the weight of trauma, anxiety, and burnout. My clients are often deeply self-aware but tired of feeling stuck, repeating old patterns, or carrying pain that won’t shift. Together, we work in a focused, compassionate way to release what’s holding you back so you can feel more grounded, connected, and fully yourself.

My Background and Approach

-EMDR Certified: Utilizing this evidence-based method to helps clients process distressing experiences, shift limiting beliefs, and access a deeper sense of emotional balance. EMDR supports the brain’s natural healing processes through structured, focused attention and bilateral stimulation. -Sensorimotor Psychotherapy – Level I: Incorporating body-based awareness into therapy supports clients in exploring how emotions, thoughts, and physical sensations are connected, fostering integration and greater self-regulation. -Solution-Focused Therapy: Being solutions focused helps clients identify their existing strengths and envision concrete, achievable changes. We emphasize what’s working and builds momentum by focusing on practical steps forward. -Other modalities may be used to personalize your treatment as needed!

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

-I’m interested in how early patterns and power dynamics shape how we connect, cope, and protect ourselves—even when those patterns no longer serve us. -I name how psychology has often served as social control—enforcing normalcy, productivity, and obedience in the name of health. -I work well with people who’ve always felt a little different—whether because of neurodivergence, sensitivity, or a brain that never shuts off. -I care about the impact of stress on the nervous system and help clients learn to listen to their bodies without fear or shame. -I believe healing doesn’t mean becoming someone else—it means becoming more fully yourself, in ways that honor both your individuality and your connection to something larger.
