About My Clients

Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable, used to carrying a lot-- for others and within themselves. Often educators, medical professionals, academics, students, caregivers, or aging adults, many are high-functioning on the outside but internally overwhelmed, burned out, navigating grief, ADHD, or major life transitions. I offer in-depth therapy and space to regroup and reconnect with yourself as we explore practical realities, relational dynamics, and deeper patterns

My Background and Approach

I’m a therapist, writer, educator, former coach, and lifelong athlete. My work is shaped by both clinical training and lived experience, navigating pressure, transitions, institutions, and identity over time. My approach is thoughtful, relational, grounded in depth-oriented and evidence-based practices. I support folks learning to work with their brains and nervous systems while also helping them understanding deeper patterns and make meaning. I provide them with a safe space to connect and to make sense of their life, relationships, and suffering — and work with them to create better options and outcomes than now seem possible.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
