About My Clients
I work with teens and adults who feel anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected. Many of my clients are navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, grief, or the weight of past experiences. On the outside, they may appear to be managing, but inside they feel like something isn’t working. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, addiction, or simply feeling lost, I offer a supportive space to explore what’s going on and move toward lasting change.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern with a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, licensed in Florida. I have experience working in both private practice and addiction treatment settings, supporting individuals through a wide range of challenges. My approach is client-centered and integrative, drawing from ACT, DBT, mindfulness, and existential therapy. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model—your experience in therapy will be personalized and collaborative, tailored to meet you where you are. Whether you’re facing anxiety, grief, addiction, or life transitions, I offer a compassionate and supportive space where we can work together toward your unique goals. My aim is to help you build insight, resilience, and meaningful change that supports your long-term growth and healing.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy is a courageous step toward healing and should be accessible to all, free from stigma or judgment. I honor the diverse cultures, beliefs, and identities each person brings, while seeing every individual as unique with their own story. My goal is to create a safe, inclusive space where your experience is respected and therapy is tailored to your needs. Everyone deserves compassionate, personalized care that supports growth and resilience.
