I enjoy working with individuals and couples. Processing through past trauma, working on coping skills and interventions to ease anxiety and/or depressive symptoms as well as grounding and mindfulness are some of the other specialties that I offer. Assisting first responders and military families is a passion of mine.
My Background and Approach
My name is Jeanie Bohall and I am so glad that you are here. My passion is to help individuals, couples and families to become their best selves in a safe and inviting environment that encourages exploration and growth. I have background and training in treating trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, relationship struggles, and other presenting issues. I have certifications in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, and Prepare-Enrich. Also, I have extensive training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems and utilize many other systemic models for treatment.
