My Background and Approach
I weave together the medicines of cyclical living, breath work, guided visualization, story telling, somatic movement, working with elemental and earth based guides, grounding and expansion practices, and conversational talk therapy to offer a means of healing that is holistic, life centered, and unique to your own path. Our work together is guided by the wisdom of Indigenous Psychology, Earth Based Wisdom, quantum physics, and somatic practices, amongst others. Here, you will receive guidance and care rooted in humanity’s original ways of healing. The medicine I offer is a living expression of the gifts I’ve been granted to help others learn to heal themselves and find their own life medicine.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a collective, we are suffering from a mass crisis of disconnection and despiritedness. There is a massive gap between how western medicine responds reactively to this unwellness and the craving our spirits hold for healing that feels rooted into something deeper than managing symptoms to achieve basic survival. When you work with me, you are invited into the sacred practice of remembering by returning to the ancient knowing held within you. By tuning back into our senses, learning to speak with the body, and remapping ourselves to the guidance of Mother Earth, we can restore our sense of inner wisdom and meet our lives more completely. Here, we stop trying to escape the inescapable and become deeply resourced to meet each evolving moment. My role is to help guide you deeper into your your inner truths so you can experience the gift of your life with greater depth and presence.
