About My Clients
I specialize in treating Anxiety, Depression, and PTSD. My clients see improvements within the first couple of sessions. We will be productive and perform experiments in session. This will allow you to see changes right in session! I look forward to showing you these changes and getting to know you.
My Background and Approach
I come from a background in research as well as years of experience treating mental health. I have received training in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) for anxiety, depression, and personality disorders from the Beck Institute. This is the highest training possible for CBT. However, what truly set’s me apart is my counseling style. Many individuals come to my sessions stating their last therapist dismissed their emotions or just sat their nodding their head. While I believe in listening and understanding individuals, I also believe in productivity. Truly teaching individuals how their symptoms occur and how to fix them. We won’t just talk about issues, we will perform actions and skills right in session. This allows individuals to see the impact this has on them, then and there. You will actively see the change.
