The first step in healing is often the scariest, and my hope is that you take that step - for you, for those you love, and those who love you. Whether you’re reaching out to heal, to grow, to grieve, or to understand, my goal is to create a space where you will be heard, seen, and understood in a way that allows you to approach the challenges of living in new ways.
My Background and Approach
My clinical experiences have spanned inpatient/outpatient units, community mental health, and private practice settings, where I have collaborated with medical, mental health, and prevention teams in order to provide care for adolescents, adults, and couples. I work from a relational approach that will weave your unique identities - and your resulting strengths - into the fabric of our time together. I specialize in working with couples, adolescents, and Veterans on mood and relationship concerns, underlying trauma experiences, and issues of identity (e.g., LGBTQ+).
