About My Clients
I work with people in the LGBTQ community who have been harmed by their or their parents' Christian faith. Most therapists for LGBTQ Christians are one of two things: secular and faith-illiterate or pastoral and Bible-as-rulebook. I'm the third option. A strong Christian and LGBTQ ally who brings my life experience to connect with you in a humble, curious, and empathetic way.
My Background and Approach
I have a seminary education and years of experience working with folks in the LGBTQ community. If you are a Christian, we can go there. If not, that's ok too. I like to work collaboratively with my client. Every person is unique and so is my approach for each person.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe we are all children of God and are each of immense intrinsic value. I enjoy helping people to find joy, purpose and meaning in their lives.
