I have over 6 years of experience working as a Children's worker in a County Adoption Agency. I worked closely with adoptive children and their birth parents, and adopting parents. I have experience and understanding of the adoption process, including the psychological loss, grieve and guilt.

I've worked over 10 years with adolescent and have a BA in Child and Adolescent development, including certificate in play therapy.

My Social Work Master program had over 10 specialize classes and an internship program regarding child abuse. Following my MSW I worked over 6 years in a program that serviced children who were child abuse survivors.

Motherhood is simultaneously a magical and challenging time in ones life. There are a number of big feelings both from our children and from ourselves and at times we can all use a safe space to sort these feeling out. I recognize this as a mom myself. I completed an intensive post-graduate certification program in Maternal Mental Health at Postpartum Support International (PSI) and later became certified as a perinatal mental health provider (PMH-C).

Everyone experiences anxiety sometimes in their life, it's how we cope with this anxiety and how long it stays with us that matters. I work with individuals to learn good boundaries, eliminate unnecessary stress, gain coping skills while establishing a healthy balance with life and responsibilities.

I completed my Play Therapy training at University of California, San Diego, Extensions.

I've completed training at EMDRIA with emphases on Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorder.
