In terms of my theoretical approach, I draw from a range of evidence-based techniques and theories that have been shown to be effective in treating a variety of mental health issues. These include solution-focused therapy, person-centered therapy, existential therapy, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy. I also use techniques such as mindfulness and self-compassion to help you cultivate a greater sense of self-awareness and self-acceptance. I also integrate other techniques and approaches as needed in order to provide you with the most effective and personalized support possible.
