About My Clients

Are you feeling isolated, overwhelmed, or stuck? Maybe you’re navigating the aftereffects of trauma, struggling with anxiety or depression, or facing challenges in your relationships. Perhaps you’re in the middle of a major life transition, or you’re ready to explore your inner world more deeply through depth psychology. This is where I come in. I work with LGBTQIA+ clients, survivors of narcissistic abuse, burnout and people in recovery from alcoholism or drug addiction.

My Background and Approach

Using mindfulness, attachment theory, IFS and trauma work, we’ll explore your patterns, build tools for grounding and self-compassion, and help you move toward a more connected, present, and fulfilling life.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that no one is too broken to change. I believe that the things that keep us stuck or unhappy often originated in childhood and that unhealthy coping mechanisms can be unlearned. I make it a point to celebrate and support the LGBT community. I love cats but have two dogs (a chihuahua and a pit bull). I'm a new step mom/bonus parent. If you want to learn more, shoot me a message.

I have experience with the following
  • Buddhism
  • Judaism
