About My Clients
I am a licensed mental health counselor in NY and FLA working in the field for 8 years in various different roles. I have experience with children, adolescents, and adults. I have worked in group practices to hospital settings helping clients suffering from anxiety, depression, relationship issues, impulsivity, and more.
My Background and Approach
I use a cognitive-behavioral approach to therapy helping clients understand their thoughts and develop ways that they can change their negative thought process to more positive thoughts to better their overall well being. In our first session, we will get to know one another better and decide what goals are important to work towards making the positive life changes that help you become the best version of yourself.
