About My Clients
Sometimes, life can be challenging, confusing, and even paralyzing, but it does not need to stay that way. I know that it can be difficult to seek help, especially if you have never done it before. My goal is not to pull or push you to change, instead, it is to walk alongside, providing you with guidance and empathy. I serve clients who are experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, or dealing with a traumatic event or life changes.
My Background and Approach
My purpose is to provide you with a safe and secure space, where you can share with me any of your experiences, feelings, and emotions. My hope is that you will be able to find happiness with improved self-esteem, greater positive thinking, and stronger self-compassion as you complete the goals that we set together in the beginning of this journey. I often use a person-centered approach, where you are the expert of your own life and can lead the session as you wish. I also use solution-focused principles, and will help you create and achieve the goals that we set together. Lastly, I pull from CBT, where we will look into how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors work together.
