Many of my clients are navigating challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. I work with teens and adults and offer sessions in English or Spanish, or both. We'll explore your unique experiences together and develop a personalized plan to overcome obstacles and build a brighter future.
My Background and Approach
I combine evidence-based techniques like mindfulness, DBT, and CBT with creative art therapy to tailor a unique approach to your specific needs and journey. I am bilingual (English- Spanish), have a deep understanding of the immigrant experience, first and second generation stress, and enjoy working with educators and those who work in healthcare.
