About My Clients
I have 9 years of experience providing counseling in community mental health settings and helps clients dealing with a variety of issues such as work stress, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, chronic health conditions, as well as clients dealing with the Borderline Personality Disorder. I also understand the complexity around multicultural issues.
My Background and Approach
I consider myself client-centered. I strive to build therapeutic alliance and enjoys exploring what are the “missing links” to my clients' goals. My counseling style is strength based, empathetic, and solution-focused, using different modalities based on the needs of the client.
