About My Clients
I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, and everyday stress. Some feel overwhelmed or stuck in familiar patterns, while others are looking to better understand themselves or strengthen their relationships. Parents may be concerned about their child's emotional well-being or challenges at school. Whatever brings you to therapy, you don't have to have it all figured out before reaching out.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity about your unique experiences. I believe meaningful change begins with feeling heard and understood, and having the space to explore your experiences without judgment. Together, we'll look at patterns that may be keeping you stuck, explore new perspectives, and recognize strengths you may not even realize you have. I draw from different therapeutic approaches depending on your needs, always keeping our work centered on what matters most to you. My experience in school counseling has also shaped how I work with children, teens, and families. I understand the importance of creating a space where young people feel comfortable being themselves, while also recognizing the role relationships and family dynamics play in their lives.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone deserves to feel heard, respected, and accepted for who they are. I value kindness, curiosity, and the connections we build with others, and I believe there's always more to learn about ourselves and the people around us. I also believe that we don't have to have everything figured out. Life can be messy, relationships can be complicated, and sometimes the most meaningful changes begin when we allow ourselves to be open to something different.
