Mental health concerns can feel debilitating. That thought that just won’t go away, the flashback that always happens, the lack of motivation and feelings of darkness; it often feels unbearable. These feelings can be terrifying. There is good news; you do not have to live this way. I will walk with you along the path of healing and work with you each step of the way to take back your life. My Background and Approach
I have experience working with a myriad of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, OCD, bipolar disorder, and PTSD. I am EMDR trained and am passionate about utilizing EMDR and other trauma focused modalities in order to help survivors of trauma heal.
