My Background and Approach
I am grateful for the opportunity to work with amazing and unique folks like you. In my life, I have navigated and overcome many difficult events, thoughts and emotions. I became a licensed therapist so that I can help you do the same. I have been working as a therapist since 2022 and it is my passion to support you in your journey. I focus on your strengths, competencies and resilience, while also helping you recognize your abilities as a problem solver and ability to make meaning of the world around you.
