About My Clients

My clients are thoughtful, curious people navigating transitions, anxiety, depression, identity questions, and a longing for deeper meaning. Many feel stuck between who they’ve been and who they’re becoming. They value self-reflection, creativity, and growth, and are open to exploring emotions, the body, dreams, and altered states as part of healing.

My Background and Approach

I bring over a decade of experience accompanying people through anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and questions of identity and meaning. Rooted in traditional psychotherapy, my work offers a steady, ethical foundation while inviting deeper listening—to the body, the psyche, and the natural world. I am trained in nature-based and animal-assisted psychotherapy, supporting clients in reconnecting with instinct, rhythm, and a sense of belonging. My specialized training in ketamine-assisted therapy, altered states of consciousness, and dream and symbol work allows for careful exploration of inner landscapes where insight, healing, and transformation often emerge. I work slowly and with reverence for each person’s process, prioritizing safety, consent, and integration. My approach helps clients access inner wisdom, restore balance, and move toward lives that feel more authentic, alive, and meaningful.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe healing happens in relationship—with ourselves, with others, and with the living world around us. My work is guided by compassion, curiosity, consent, and deep respect for each person’s innate wisdom. I am committed to creating an affirming, inclusive space that welcomes LGBTQ+ clients and honors diverse identities, bodies, cultures, and ways of loving and being. I hold a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive lens and support movements that promote equity, dignity, and collective healing. I am especially drawn to practices that reconnect people to nature, the body, and the symbolic and imaginal layers of experience. I value ecological awareness, care for animals, and approaches that restore a sense of belonging in a fragmented world. As a therapist, I show up with presence and humility, walking alongside clients as they explore authenticity, aliveness, and meaning on their own terms.
