About My Clients
My identity as a therapist is rooted in DBT, somatic techniques, and attachment theory. That means I honor the mind-body connection and recognize how identity is shaped by early relationships. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship dynamics, identity exploration, life transitions, and emotional dysregulation. I am particularly passionate about working with women, neurodivergent individuals, and the queer community.
My Background and Approach
I believe in meeting people where they are, and my background in community outreach and addiction recovery has helped me understand individual challenges through a systemic lens—one that considers how external factors influence internal well-being. Above all, I lead with honesty, authenticity, and a dash of humor.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Therapy with me is a collaborative space built on mutual trust, curiosity, and respect. I see you as the expert of your own lived experience. My role is to support and challenge you as you deepen your understanding of yourself and move toward meaningful change.
