About My Clients

I work with various clients, from anxiety and depression to trauma to working through new life adjustments. My Background and Approach

My name is Hannah and I am a clinical mental health counseling student at Roosevelt University. Throughout my undergraduate and graduate career I have worked with an array of different populations. I believe everyone is the expert in their own life journey and aim to work with you to move forward through life challenges. Most everyone has something in their life they wish to work on or through, together we can explore those situations and work towards the goals you wish to set. Therapy with me is a collaborative process where I am working alongside you in the process. Along with this collaborative relationship, I also utilize different mindfulness practices. My counseling theory lies within a mix of Person-Centered Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I personally believe anyone and everyone could benefit from talking with someone. Throughout my education process I have had the opportunity to work with an array of different populations. I have volunteered at adolescent homeless shelters in Minnesota and London, England, worked at a crisis line, and now currently interning with ACCL counseling services to finish up my master's degree. I am a born and raised midwestern girl who enjoys traveling as much as I can.
