About My Clients
I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, identity, relationships, life transitions, and multicultural experiences. You may feel overwhelmed, disconnected, unsure of where you belong, or caught between different expectations and versions of yourself. You don’t need to have everything figured out before coming to therapy. We can start with what is happening in your life right now and work together to better understand what you’re feeling, the patterns affecting you, and
My Background and Approach
My approach is warm, collaborative, and strongly influenced by Relational-Cultural Theory. I believe our relationships, cultural identities, and experiences of connection and belonging shape how we understand ourselves. I have clinical experience working with adolescents and adults with anxiety, mood concerns, and eating disorders, including individual and group therapy. I draw from CBT, DBT, and ACT while adapting therapy to each client’s needs, relationships, identity, and cultural context.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As someone with a bicultural background, I understand that belonging and identity can be complicated. Moving between cultures, expectations, and relationships can influence how we see ourselves and where we feel at home. I believe therapy should make room for all of you—your culture, relationships, identities, questions, and experiences. My role is not to tell you who you should be, but to help create a space where you can understand yourself more deeply and decide what feels authentic to you.
