About My Clients

Every child has a unique story, and I believe the best place to begin is by understanding their perspective. I work with children, adolescents, and their families who are navigating anxiety, ADHD, emotional regulation, behavioral concerns, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Whether your child is feeling overwhelmed, struggling at school, or having difficulty expressing big emotions, I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where they can grow & build confidence.

My Background and Approach

I believe children do their best when they feel safe, connected, and understood. Rather than focusing only on behaviors, I seek to understand the emotions, experiences, and strengths that shape each child's unique journey. By approaching children with curiosity, compassion, and respect, I help create opportunities for growth that extend beyond the therapy room. My approach is warm, collaborative, and developmentally appropriate, incorporating play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), attachment-based interventions, trauma-informed care, and strong collaboration with parents and caregivers. I believe families are an essential part of the therapeutic process, and I work alongside caregivers to build practical tools that strengthen relationships, increase emotional regulation, and support children in their everyday lives.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe every child deserves to feel accepted, valued, and celebrated for who they are. Healing begins with connection, and I strive to create a space where children and families feel comfortable, respected, and supported. I value kindness, authenticity, inclusion, and lifelong learning, and I believe that when children experience safe, trusting relationships, they gain the confidence and resilience needed to overcome life's challenges.
