About My Clients
I work with individuals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where things started to shift. Some are dealing with anxiety, depression, or mood changes, while others just know something feels off but can’t fully explain it. Many have tried therapy before, some haven’t. They’re usually looking for something that feels more steady, not rushed or surface-level.
My Background and Approach
My approach is fairly grounded and structured, but not rigid. I tend to focus on what’s actually showing up day to day rather than trying to unpack everything all at once. Some people want to go deep quickly, others don’t, and both are fine. I use a mix of evidence-based methods, but I don’t lean too heavily on labels or frameworks unless they’re actually helpful in the moment. A lot of the work ends up being about patterns—how someone responds to stress, what they avoid, what keeps repeating. We pay attention to those things as they come up rather than forcing them into a plan. It’s not always linear, and I don’t try to make it feel that way. The goal is usually to create enough stability so things feel manageable again, even if everything isn’t fully figured out.
