About My Clients
It is an honor to walk alongside individuals as they work toward healing and growth. My goal is to help clients build insight, develop practical tools, and strengthen resilience so they can navigate life with greater confidence and self-compassion. You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin — showing up as you are is enough. I work extensively with anxiety, stress, work-life balance, relationship struggles, attachment, addiction, and more.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Substance Abuse Counselor, and Independent Clinical Supervisor with over ten years of experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges in both residential and outpatient settings. I earned my Master of Education in Professional Counseling with a Clinical Mental Health emphasis from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh. I am passionate about helping people navigate change, find balance, and move toward greater emotional well-being, and I’m grateful to bring this work into a private practice setting. My approach is warm, person-centered, and collaborative. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly heard and supported. Sessions offer a space to slow down, reflect, and explore what’s been weighing on you, while we identify unhelpful patterns of thinking, challenge beliefs that may be keeping you stuck, and reframe thoughts in ways that feel more supportive, realistic, and aligned with your values.
