In my own life experience, I have dealt with a broad range of challenges and difficulties. Whether that is relationship issues, familial problems, communication, anxiety, depression, you name it and I can work with you to overcome these difficult obstacles to live the best life possible!
My Background and Approach
I am a Certified Narrative therapist that specializes in a broad spectrum of disorders and difficulties. Because I don't take insurance, I don't utilize diagnoses as it pertains to a medical record, but instead treat each individual with a personalized approach and advocacy. We often tell stories about ourselves and many times we focus on the negatives, however, with my approach, we can highlight those positive moments and work to bring those forth into your everyday life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone's story is their own and it's individualized by the journey we've taken. There is no one perfect way to treat every client and the treatment plans and goals should be written and aligned with by both client and therapist and it is my job to help you find this new version of yourself and embody it.
