My Background and Approach
I have worked with women that have struggled with trauma, depression, anxiety, domestic abuse, and homelessness. Additionally, I have given unconditional support to individuals and families who have gone through cancer and other challenging medical conditions. I believe in modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Narrative Therapy and have seen positive differences made when used.
