About My Clients
Eva Ludwig invites couples into the tender, courageous work of seeing and being seen. Her practice centers on the belief that relationships are not simply what we have, but where we heal — living laboratories of our longing, our fears, and our capacity to grow.
My Background and Approach
With a background in trauma and attachment, Eva works somatically, helping partners listen not only to each other's words but to the wisdom of their nervous systems. She guides couples through what she calls mindful conflict — the practice of staying embodied in moments of rupture, choosing connection over protection, and learning the art of repair. Her approach is integrative and deeply relational, weaving together attachment theory, EMDR, mindfulness, and the philosophy of yoga and Buddhism. She helps partners slow down enough to meet themselves and one another with compassion, curiosity, and presence — creating the conditions where intimacy can once again breathe.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone deserves the liberation that healing brings. The freedom to be truly present and in our bodies. The ability to trust ourselves - our inner knowing - and to make well-informed decisions from a place of wholeness. We are designed to heal, but sometimes we need guidance and support along the way. My personal mission is to inspire and empower clients - with a special attention to healing intergenerational, developmental, and complex trauma - by employing a holistic, whole-body approach so that they may be an igniting force of intergenerational healing. My work is all about the journey to Whole. Honoring all of our parts, nourishing the nervous system, establishing trust and safety, and strengthening your relationship with your own intuition - mind, body and soul. Healing is the journey, not the destination, and I am deeply honored to walk alongside you on the path of transformation.
