About My Clients

I believe in the power of building trusting relationships with those I serve. Meeting individuals where they’re at is essential to me as a mental health professional. My specialties and interests include neurodiversity, chronic pain and illness, trauma recovery, depression and anxiety, body image, and self-esteem.

My Background and Approach

As a therapist trained in both theology and counseling, I offer a rich understanding of spirituality and religious faith in the counseling setting. I believe therapy can be a place for you to reflect and process your experiences with religion. I work to create a non-judgmental setting. I am committed to being a neurodivergent-affirming clinician. Whether you are formally diagnosed or suspect you may have Autism or ADHD, therapy should be a place where you feel welcome and accepted. My approach involves exploring how past experiences and relationships influence current thoughts and behaviors.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

What I love most about being a therapist is that I empower individuals to live authentic lives. My passion for social justice and commitment to advocating for marginalized populations have been a driving force throughout my education and personal experiences. I am affirming of the LGBTQIA+ community and embrace decolonizing perspectives.
