I am endlessly fascinated by the human experience, how we carry both strength and vulnerability, how past experiences shape our present, and how courageous it is to step into awareness of our patterns and our choices. I am drawn to the resilience that lives in everyone, even when it is hidden under fear, doubt, or pain. I became a therapist because I wanted to witness that resilience, to honor it, and to provide a space where people can feel safe enough to discover it for themselves.
My Background and Approach
Life often asks us to keep moving, even when something inside of us needs attention. Together, we’ll slow things down, listen beneath the surface, and make sense of your inner experience with openness and compassion. We will create space for the protective parts of you that need direction and understanding. With gentle curiosity, we explore what those parts need and how they’ve been trying to help. As this process unfolds, you begin to develop a deeper sense of self-awareness and trust in your own inner wisdom, allowing more compassionate and authentic ways of relating to yourself, others, and the world around you. My approach to therapy is honest, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity. I hope to offer you a calm, supportive space where you can explore at your own pace. Growth happens naturally when understanding replaces judgment.
