Having completed my academic and clinical training at APA-accredited programs, I became licensed as a Psychologist in 2015. I have worked in a variety of clinical settings and across all levels of care. Additionally, it has been a great privilege and passion to serve as a Clinical Supervisor to graduate-level therapists, pre-doctoral interns, and post-doctoral fellows.
Most of my work with clients involves CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Psychodynamic approaches. When indicated, I incorporate ACT and DBT skills. I also provide Prolonged Exposure therapy, an evidence-based treatment for those living with PTSD.

The medicalization of the human body has, at once, yielded life-saving technologies and pathologized normal human experiences, perhaps especially with regard to sex and sexuality. My practice is inclusive of all sexual orientations, gender identities, kinks, preferences, and behaviors between consenting adults.
My primary professional endeavors are to reduce unjustified guilt and shame associated with sex, to decrease unnecessary human suffering, and to minimize the barriers clients face when trying to access quality care. I work hard to provide the highest quality care using evidence-based treatments, research-informed practices, and multidisciplinary collaboration with my clients' other care providers. Not satisfied with simply helping people to feel "less bad," each client has my commitment to assist them with learning to pursue pleasure, to create more moments of joy, and to live a life worth living.
