My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is to meet you where you are and empower you to take the next step through goal setting and skill-building. I hope to help you push through fears and learn healthy ways to cope in your life. Regularly confiding in someone gives us a sense of security and peace of mind. I have experience in counseling individuals as well as couples who deal with addictions (drugs, alcohol, sex), relationship issues, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, grief/loss, and anger management. Life's journey is joyous at times and challenging at others. Through counseling, I believe every person is capable of achieving a fulfilling and meaningful life.
